Dr. Ram was awesome! He listens and provides feedback. Actually felt more at ease with the care I will receive from Dr. Ram, than my previous cardiologists at the Cleveland Clinic. I don't just seem like a number, like in the past.

The staff who saw me today were friendly, helpful and treated me with kindness. My questions were answered by both staff and Dr Vasudevan, satisfactorily. Considering how busy the office was today, it was very well organized how the staff handled the processes and Doc took reasonable time
